6 February 2026We decided to bike here for National Beer Lovers day and of course have beer. I had the Rotator IPA and my husband had Newcastle Brown Ale. We were happy to be biking and enjoy the good sized large beers. The onion rings were also hot and crisp with three choices of dipping sauces. We sat upstairs by ourselves and still had very attentive service by Amanda. We ordered more onion rings to take home to have with dinner.

31 January 2026I'm a Brit, so as not to disappoint the owner/bar staff, I ordered Bangers and Mash with Beans. Not how I would have made it, but a welcome twist on something I know so well. I would have gone traditional gravy, even with the beans. Bangers were spot on and the crunchy onion rings worked great and will be added to my own version. Good value, fast lunch service and a nice freindly place.
